I am so happy I hired Royal Deck to renovate my deck. They were so professional. Alex was very easy to work with and Jose and his crew were so accommodating. They completed the job without any delays and even came out on a rainy day to keep the project moving. Love our new deck! Raul was responsive and knowledgeable during the quoting process and Alex was the same as project manager. The crew worked long days, and they got it done this fall which was our request. It looks amazing and no more replacing boards, splinters, peeling, and staining! Couldn’t be happier!
Royal Deck was amazing from start to finish. Alex has a truck set up as a mobile showroom. It was easy to see all of the deck components without going to a different location to see samples. Alex gave us a quote on site and we paid half as much as other quotes we got, using the same materials and giving the same warranty as competitors The work was done in November, when others couldn’t do it until May. Work was done in 3 days as opposed to competitors time estimates of a week and a half. The installers were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Royal Deck for anyone looking at buying a new deck.

We love it. A big improvement over our 30 year old wooden deck. Now we don't have to worry about splinters or about having to re-stain it every couple of years. It should also add in to the overall value of the house when we sell. The crew is very hard working. They started early and stayed late. Thanks!

We recently had a wonderful experience with Royal Deck! We received quotes from many other companies in the area & agreed hands down to move forward with them after meeting with Nick (who was extremely helpful, friendly, professional & Covid cautious). Nick always got back to us in a timely fashion when we had questions or changed on mind on design ideas.
The crew who built the deck were very friendly and VERY hard working. They would be at our house as early as 7am and stay well past 8pm to finish the project on time and to absolute perfection- they paid great attention to detail. All the guys are extremely talented.
Alex was very easy to work with. He was always coming to see the progress and making sure we were 100% satisfied. He was always very friendly and happy to do whatever was needed so the deck would turn out exactly how we wanted it.
I would recommend Royal Deck to absolutely anyone who is in the market for a new deck! You will not be disappointed!
We recently (June 2021) selected Royal Deck to replace an old cedar deck and build a new addition with Trex decking material, and we could not be happier!
From the very beginning of the process when Nick came out to our home to give us ideas and develop a proposal, he could not have been more professional or accommodating. Royal Deck followed up within a few days with computer generated graphics to give us a real idea as to what the new design would actually look like once it was constructed.
The proposal was developed and we agreed to have them do the work. From that point on, Royal Deck took care of everything!
They had the architectural plans developed, applied for the municipal permit, and added the new structure to our home’s plat of survey.
We were notified that the crew would start on Monday morning and at 7:00AM, they were on site and working.
The construction team lead was Mike, and I must say that he was fantastic! His attention to detail and the quality of his work was top notch. Mike and his crew arrived each day at 7:00AM and worked until late in the afternoon to complete my project in 7 days (Sat & Sun as well).
We absolutely love our new deck and I would recommend Royal Deck to anyone that is contemplating a new deck installation.
It is very rare for me to give a contractor a 5 Star rating, but the Royal Deck team exceeded my expectations. Great work guys!!!!!
I don’t typically post on this forum but I recently had such a great experience with a deck company that I was compelled to let others know. I’ve dealt with many contractors and service people and many times end up disappointed. I called Royal Deck to replace our old and rotting deck. They did an amazing job. Exceeded our expectations by a lot. The owner Alex was very attentive to every one of my concerns. These guys went above and beyond. I really can’t say enough about this company. They’re amazing. Royal Deck built our pool deck and we couldn’t be more pleased! Everything was well thought out and done RIGHT! We would definitely recommend them to family and friends! We can’t wait to make long-lasting memories!
We used Royal Deck and they removed all the surface planks and built us a whole new deck in about a week!! It was a great experience!! They let us ask any questions and asked us for our input on everything along the way. They were great and I would use them again in the future if I needed another deck.
